DRAPE / 2011
Japan
This film applies the notion of spectrality through a body in a constant state of disappearance and reappearance made possible through editing. The ephemeral body is surrounded by a forest of trees which remains solid while the dance evolves in ever changing forms that evoke absence/presence.
