Ballet Théâtre Contemporain d'Amiens
The Ballet Théâtre Contemporain was created in 1968 on the initiative of the French Ministry of Culture under the artistic direction of Jean-Albert Cartier. Established successively in Amiens (1968-1972) then in Angers (1972-1978), it became the French Theater of Nancy in 1978. Its vocation is to promote choreographic creation and to produce shows in collaboration with musicians and contemporary painters.
